About This Piece

A tribute to the moment two species work out how to talk to each other in music. The face carries a tone ladder stepping across the readout, framed by a bezel finished to look milled from aluminium rather than printed. The white shell is scuffed back at the corners and around the fixings the way lab gear wears. Hangs on two keyhole slots and sits about 40 mm off the wall.
