Shipping & Returns

Props are made to order in a small workshop, so timelines depend on the piece. Every product page lists its own estimate.

Lead Times

In-stock pieces ship within 2 to 3 business days. Pieces built to order take longer. You will see the estimate for the piece you are buying on its product page before you order.

Where We Ship

We ship to the US, Canada and Mexico. Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your address and the size of your order, and you can pick from the services available there. A few pieces ship within the US only; their pages say so.

Outside the US

Import taxes, duties and the carrier's handling fee are set by your country and paid on delivery; they aren't included in our prices. If a parcel is refused or sent back, its return shipping comes out of the refund.

Returns

You can return unused pieces in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Made to order pieces are handled case by case, so reach out and we will make it right. From outside the US, return shipping is yours to pay.
